Angiodroid Srl signs final agreement on Patent Box

Angiodroid Srl, the italian medical device company focused on the design, development and marketing of the only carbon dioxide automatic injector  for angiography, has signed the final agreement with the Italian Revenue Agency to access the Patent Box tax relief.

The Italian Patent Box regime provides for a tax relief for a five-year period from 2015 to 2019 that will be extended to period 2020-2024.

The estimated tax benefit by the 99.8% of profits will be fully reflected in the company results as previous years income tax adjustment and the tax benefits for 2018 and 2019 will be quantified and disclosed in the company financial statements of such respective years.
